Quilted Fabric Collage

Audience: Adults and Kids 
Suggested Schedule: 6-8 hour day workshop or 8 week /16 hour class 

Many of my art pieces are made using a fabric collage technique that is really simple and fun to use. This workshop will show you how to create a pattern and make a fabric collage that can then be quilted and embellished. Longer workshops and classes can do more than construct the collage, including more machine quilting and bead embellishment information. Instruction in my process and patterns that can be used for trying out the techniques are included. The technique can make collages that range from simple to incredibly complex -- it depends on the artist's goals and style!
